Sideline: Insights is a stats app for coaches and parents in football and handball. Follow the whole team or one player live: tap the pitch or court where it happened, and get goals, shots, saves, heat maps and development over time.
- Football and handballOne global sport switch. Players can belong to several teams, across both sports.
- Live at the matchTap where it happened: goals, shots, saves, misses, 7-metre throws/penalties, blocks, technical faults, steals, charges drawn, 2-minute suspensions, cards, corners, offsides and free kicks.
- Player cardsSeason, last 5 or a single match. Attack and defence, shot heat maps on the pitch/court and the goal, goal placement, trend arrows and development charts.
- After the matchMatch summary with a stats table, team cards with combined stats, share as an image and export a CSV match report.
FAQ
Do I need an account?
No. The app has no account and no sign-in.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to the developer or anyone else.
How do I switch between football and handball?
Use the sport switch in the app. It applies to the whole app, and teams, matches and stats are shown for the sport you've chosen.
What happens when I share an image or export a CSV?
The image or CSV file is created on your device and only shared when you choose to, through the iOS share sheet (for example email, Messages or Files). The app never sends anything on its own.
What happens if I delete the app?
All data the app has stored on your device is deleted. If you use device backups (for example iCloud Backup), app data may be included in that backup.
Which languages are available?
The app is available in Norwegian, English, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
How do I report a problem?
Email support@sideline.no. Please describe what you did, what happened, your iPhone model and iOS version, and attach a screenshot if you can.
